Delete Your gococoride Account
Allow gococoride users to request permanent deletion of their account and associated personal information. This page provides clear, step-by-step instructions on how you can delete your account directly from our mobile application or by submitting a formal request via email.
How to Request Account Deletion (In-App)
You can initiate permanent account deletion directly from the gococoride mobile application by following these 5 simple steps:
Open the gococoride Mobile Application
Launch the official gococoride app on your Android smartphone or tablet.
Log in to your gococoride account
Sign in with your registered email address or phone number and password/OTP credentials.
Navigate to Profile / Settings
Tap on the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar and select Settings or Account Settings.
Select "Delete Account"
Scroll down to the Account Management & Security section and tap the Delete Account option.
Confirm the Account Deletion Request
Read the permanent deletion warning and confirm your request. Your account session will immediately terminate.

In compliance with applicable laws, certain information may need to be retained for legitimate legal and regulatory requirements.
Certain information may need to be retained when required by law or for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, tax, or transaction-record requirements.
Payment invoices, transaction receipts, and payout ledger entries retained strictly to comply with statutory taxation and accounting obligations.
Records related to safety disputes, chargeback investigations, or fraudulent vehicle incidents required to protect users and platform integrity.
Processing Time
Timeline and finality of account deletion requests
"Account deletion requests are processed as soon as reasonably possible. Some information may be retained where required by applicable law."
Once the deletion process is finalized, you will no longer have access to your gococoride account, past rental history, or saved preferences. If you decide to use gococoride again in the future, you will be required to register a brand new account.
